The CNAS-certified testing center is a comprehensive facility that integrates testing, measurement, simulation, and display across 15 functional subareas. Notably, in 2010, it received its first approval from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
Spanning 1,025 square meters, the center is well-equipped with over 80 advanced testing devices and covers more than 100 testing items. Moreover, its capabilities extend to material analysis, geometric measurement, aging reliability, mechanical properties, physical and chemical analysis, fluid mechanics, metrology, and calibration. As a result, the center ensures high-quality testing and achieves "One Report, Global Access."
Before production, we carry out IQC-- Incoming Quality Control with spectrometer , which strictly controls the raw materials according to the standards, quality control on the semi-finished products, and cross-check of the man ufacturing process.
During production, we adopt spot check and patrol inspection to screen out defective products every two hours.
After the production, we use OQC-- Outgoing Quality Control to check the quality of finished products, comprehensively check the package, label, shape, structure, function and performance.
